About Spike

As a small child, I would spend the summer months with my family in Ocean City, Maryland. I spent my days on the beach frolicking in the waves and building sand castles. Nights at Jolly Rogers or walking the boardwalk taking in the sights while eating a bucket of Thrasher's french fries or Dumser's milkshake.

In 1994 I moved from my hometown of Forest Hill, Md to Ocean City to pursue my dream of living near the ocean. It was here I learned how to surf and golf, made life-long friends and business relationships. And it's here that my wife Shannon and I intend to raise our two sons.

Growing up "on the shore" instilled vast knowledge of Ocean City and its surrounding towns. Living here for over 25 years has given me a "locals" perspective about the real estate market and a network of professionals to make your transaction flow seamlessly.

A sharp eye for great value and a keen sense for opportunity, my greatest desire is to help friends (new and old) and family find an affordable home here so you to can fulfill your dream of living near the beach - without breaking the bank.
