As a Fort Myers native and Cape Coral resident for more than 20 years, I don’t just sell Southwest Florida—I’ve spent my life here. I’ve been helping buyers and sellers navigate the Southwest Florida real estate market since 2002, with a special understanding of Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Estero, Bonita Springs, Naples, & the barrier islands. Real estate is also part of my family story. My father owned his own brokerage, and I grew up watching him help people through some of the biggest transitions of their lives. He taught me early that real estate is about much more than a transaction. It’s about people, relationships, integrity, and helping someone move into their next chapter. Those values have shaped the way I’ve built my own career.
I grew up off of historic McGregor Boulevard in Fort Myers, and spent much of my childhood on Southwest Florida’s waterways. As the daughter of avid sailors—and now the wife of an avid boater—I’ve spent a lifetime learning our inland and offshore waters. That experience gives me a unique perspective when helping clients buy or sell waterfront and Gulf-access properties. In Southwest Florida, not all waterfront is created equal. Canal depth, bridge heights, boating access, travel time to open water, seawalls, docks and lifts can all make a significant difference in finding the right property.
But Southwest Florida living isn't just about the water. From golf and gated communities to family neighborhoods, historic homes, beach communities and quiet places to escape, I help my clients look beyond the house itself and understand the lifestyle that comes with it.
