Stacey Fredericks

A Realtor® of distinction, known for speed, accuracy, professionalism and enthusiastic energy, Stacey brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table for her customers. With over 25 years’ experience in the real estate industry, she is goal-focused and purposeful. Stacey takes her job very seriously, understanding that real estate is a paramount life decision that impacts long-range plans; thus, she seeks to provide buyers and sellers with comprehensive information so they can make the best fully informed decisions.
Stacey’s skill set is underpinned by a breadth and depth of both education and experience. She has built, owned, and operated several entrepreneurial businesses, most notably, a multimillion-dollar real estate enterprise with a portfolio encompassing well over 100 units of commercial, residential, and investment properties. Some of her other ventures involved fine art, architectural photography, business consultation, research, leadership, and organizational performance improvement. Stacey is also a published author and commissioned artist.
World travel, study and research also has played a significant role in informing Stacey’s competencies. Stacey has trained with top theorists and researchers in Europe, received a mini-MBA while engaging with top Chinese CEOs in Shanghai to gain better understanding of growth patterns, business and market dynamics, as well as competing on an international level as an athlete in Australia. These wide-ranging international experiences provided a foundation of tacit knowledge and cultural awareness that allow for Stacey to possess keen insight and understanding to best meet the needs of local and international customers in an ever-changing global market.
Stacey is also formally schooled. She has great appreciation for education and a strong background in academics, collecting multiple degrees including a B.A. in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University, an M.S. in Education from Barry University, as well as a terminal research degree, earning a Ph.D. in Leadership and Education. Stacey is a lifelong learner, always striving to grow, get better, stay ahead of the trends, and be on the forefront. She remains engaged in the world of academia and has an extensive understanding of the educational system and top schools within our community.
Stacey has one daughter who attended Pine View School for the Gifted, graduated from IMG Academy for Sports, and is now a Midshipman at the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD. She is a recruited athlete, plays lacrosse for Navy, and aspires to pilot a Boeing P-8 Poseidon one day. Like her daughter, Stacey was also a Division 1 college athlete, having played field hockey for Virginia Commonwealth University.

Stacey takes great pride in her community and an active role within the business world serving as an ambassador for Sarasota Chamber of Commerce, volunteering for multiple organizations/causes, and spearheading efforts to address issues such as homelessness, affordable housing, and sustainability. Together we build a strong and beautiful world. Nowhere but here.
