Having lived in Raleigh for the past 32 plus years, I share my passion for the wonderful place this is to live, work, raise a family and enjoy a superior quality of life.

I grew up in Massapequa Park, Long Island, NY. After graduating from SUNY Binghamton with a degree in Business Administration & Marketing, I worked for a boutique ad agency in NY City. Additionally, I worked with my then husbands` family, running a restaurant in Fair Harbor, Fire Island called Le Dock. I left advertising when we relocated to Raleigh to open a still successful, upscale restaurant - Margaux`s. Margaux`s has been a constant in my life and has afforded me the opportunity to make reputable contacts that help me in my real estate career.

I always have had an affinity for real estate, commercial and residential, and how land, businesses, buildings and homes can best be matched together. I earned my real estate license in 1999 and have been working with Fonville Morisey since. I love what I do and the people I work with. I specialize in working with first time home buyers, move up buyers, clients that are downsizing, new construction, relocation (both to and from the area), luxury home buyers, investors and also dabble in commercial real estate. I am a Fonville Morisey Certified Relocation Associate and have been recognized as a top producer in the Luxury Market Triangle Wide. I list and sell homes in all price ranges throughout the triangle helping clients navigate the competitive real estate market to make the best decisions for themselves/their families to achieve their real estate goals and fulfill their dreams of home ownership. It is important to me to help clients assimilate into the community, not just find the right home; so sharing my expertise with each client on things that are relative to their lifestyle feeds my soul.

Mary Bouchard and I officially teamed up to form the Horowitz/Bouchard Team with Fonville Morisey, in 2009, but have worked together since we both started selling real estate. We pride ourselves on our commitment to each other as friends and business partners and the service we provide to each of our clients. Our success is directly attributed to those we work with-both clients and associates. We have consistently been awarded the the honor of Top Team (with teams of 2-4 people) both in our office and company-wide, achieved the status of Masters Club (with sales of over $20 million/year) and are among the Long and Foster top 100 agents, as well as in the top tier of agents from all companies across the Triangle.

The greatest joys in my life are my 3 children...twins-Zachary and Jeremy, and daughter, Jillian. I am so proud of the healthy, well adjusted, kind, giving, honest and dedicated young adults they have become. They each graduated with a degree in Business Administration from UNCW (go Seahawks). Zach and Jeremy work at a technology company in RTP. Post college, Jillian worked in HR for awhile but realized that real estate was the career she wanted to pursue, and she joined the Horowitz/Bouchard team in 2020. What an honor and blessing to have my daughter work beside me.

I would rather give than receive and thrive on doing for others and seeing people happy. I remain active in the community, my synagogue and enjoy volunteering, working out, warm weather, decorating & design, shopping, traveling, playing with my sweet Morkie (Maltese/Yorkie mix) and spending time with my family and friends.
