Stacey Hourigan

Originally from Michigan, Stacey moved to Raleigh in 2007 after graduating from Saginaw Valley State University to pursue a career in education. After 6 years of teaching at one of the nations top magnet schools in Raleigh, Stacey accepted a project management position with Pearson, a large education technology company. Eventually, when Stacey started her family with her husband and Choice Residential founder, Brian Hourigan, she stayed home to raise their 3 children. Having been licensed since 2015, Stacey activated her license and began helping clients full time once all 3 children were in school.


Stacey's background in education and project management come in handy as she serves her clients. With the heart of a teacher, Stacey makes sure that her clients are educated about the process and are able to make informed decisions that are best for their needs. Her attention to detail and commitment to the process means that her clients can rest easy that no stone will go unturned in their hunt for the perfect home, no opportunity is missed when marketing a home for sale, and that all of her clients will have a resource for life for all things real estate.
