Stacey was great to work with and personally walked us through the entire process in a knowledgeable and professional manner. Stacey made the sale of our residence less stressful and was able to market it in such a way that we received several quick offers for the price we were looking to get for our home. Stacey also located us a new home to move into, which was not an easy feat due to our specific needs. Due to Stacey's hard work and local market knowledge, we were able to chose from several options and ultimately found our new home for an affordable price. Overall, Stacey made our real estate experience go much smoother than past sales I have experienced and was always available to answer questions. We could not have been more pleased. I would 100% recommend Stacey as a realtor. She is extremely professional, patient, and also diligent when submitting an offer and closing on a house. I am a first time home buyer and trusted her input, but also didn't feel pressured to do anything I was uncomfortable with in the process. She made sure to set me up on the MLS and never suggested anything out of my price range or area (extremely important to me!!) . I found my home at 11 at night and sent her many emails and texts needing to see the house ASAP. She set up a showing for the very next day (very important in crown point because the market is hot!) She also had a booklet about the home and surrounding area that I appreciated so much. Even though I am a first time home buyer, she was the 3rd realtor I began to work with after over a year + of looking. The differences between her and my previous realtors were night and day!
