About Stacey

We’re Bill and Stacey McAdams, although many know us as Polly and Tad from
the radio. While we have traveled considerable miles across the great USA,
we have called Central New York home for nearly 20 years. We chose to end
our travels and remain here because of the great people we have met and the
spectacular views from the Mohawk Valley to the Adirondacks and Catskills
Mountains. What a great place to live! With all the traveling and
relocating, we are experienced in how difficult and stressful it can be to
buy and sell a home if you don’t have the right realtor. After meeting
Robin and Bill at River Hills Properties and learning their unique approach
to finding the perfect place for you, we knew our next adventure would
keep us in CNY for years to come. There are many integral parts to River
