Stacey Price is an amazing realtor! She went above and beyond to help me find the right choice! She was invested in trying to sell me a house I wouldn’t regret! She understands the importance of such a large purchase and I felt confident buying with her! She allowed me to trust my gut and guided me along every single step! I had a previous realtor who lacked investment in the experience and seemed to just want to sell a house to me and make easy money. I never once felt that about Stacey! She’s so personable and was knowledgeable about every question I had for her! I would recommend Stacey if to anyone looking to buy! Being a realtor is her passion and it shows through! I enjoyed working with her and I would use her in the future in a heart beat!

She carefully viewed the property I was selling, came up with a starting price after considering the market, the history of the property, and market availability for buyers. She sold for us in record time (gaining a client in the buyer as well) and then followed through to the end of escrow--even amidst a COVID19 pandemic. I highly recommend her for your real estate needs--whether you are buying or selling. She' knows the market in her area and is highly professional and detail oriented. This was especially helpful when I was transacting business with her from 2 states away. She was so personable that I now consider her a friend!

If all realtors had the ethics and compassion of Stacey Price, we would be better off. Stacey will never give up on a client, and will hold your hand the whole way. Another benefit of using Stacey is that she is local to the area she is representing...meaning, you could likely avoid many of the pitfalls that come with a Realtor unfamiliar with the turf and community. She grew up here, likely has a lot more scoop on any property you're interested in, and will invest the time to get it (if she doesn't)
