I am a native Southern Californian residing in San Diego County since 1986. My husband and I have raised our family here and have really seen the area grow.

I started my career in real estate in 2004. There were many factors that drew me to this industry. I receive a lot of satisfaction from helping people, listening to their needs, educating them and at all times treating them with the respect and professionalism that I would want for myself.

The purchase or sale of a home can sometimes be stressful. One of the most important things I can do (for you) is to listen to your wants and needs. Through my experience and knowledge, I will strive to provide you with exceptional service and a smooth transaction.

I find it important to continually educate myself in this ever changing industry. In the last twelve years I have excelled with both buyers and sellers and have weathered all facets of real estate transactions from traditional sales, short sales and banked owned properties. In 2010, I earned the SRES designation: Senior Real Estate Specialist. The additional education is helpful when working with clients whose lives are in transition. In 2012, I earned the CDPE designation: Certified Distressed Property Expert. I have been fortunate to assist the military clientele over the years which I love to do & am well versed with the VA loans & procedures.
