She brings to the firm a proven track record of performance as a licensed broker with both residential and commercial acumen, as a former developer of single-family homes with project marketing expertise, as a licensed mortgage lender, and as a cultivator of successful business operations in real estate brokerage management. Having spent a couple of years abroad just outside of Paris, Stacia is passionate about understanding the ways that people around the world live, which she shares with her brokers and clients. Upon her return to the Puget Sound, Stacia helped found the French American School in 1995, before helping place it in a permanent location on Mercer Island in 1998. It is this global mindset and Stacia’s commitment to white-glove service that brought her to Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty. She is proud to help continue to grow a firm that is known for innovative marketing with demonstrated success in regional brand growth and market leadership in new construction and the Asia Services Group.
