Stacie was a DREAM to work with. After having some not-so-great experiences with other agents I decided to work with Stacie after being referred through my favorite lender! She truly listened to what WE wanted rather than telling us, like my prior agent did. There were times when I felt like a frazzled hot mess during this crazy housing market and Stacie was always able to reel me back in. I was always kept in the loop and walked through every step of the process. I never needed to micro manage my home sale because I trusted Stacie so much. She helped me stage my home beautifully and truly put in the extra effort and time as if we were family. I would recommend her to absolutely everyone. I felt such a great connection with Stacie and will truly miss working with her now that we have moved away. She was also able to manage my ELEVEN offers with ease by creating the most organized spreadsheet and negotiating to get me the best offer. I'm SO SO happy that I went with Stacie and believe she played a huge part in putting more money in our pocket to put towards our next purchase.

Stacie met and exceeded my wife and I's expectations in all aspects related to helping us find our new home. My wife and I lived most of our lives in the Midwest and we both landed new jobs in the Washington DC area. Neither of us had much familiarly with the Northern Virginia area and what areas would have everything we were looking for.
Stacie listened to our needs and wants for a new home and quickly started suggesting areas and providing feedback on pros and cons of each area. Stacie was extremely helpful, especially since we were not able to visit the locations ourselves due to still living in the Midwest. She was willing to visit any location we had a slight interest in within the first day or two that we saw the home on the market. She wasn't afraid to tell use when something didn't match up with the listing expectations. Stacie really gave us the impression that she wanted to find the home that was perfect for us, even if that meant extended the search or visiting more places than we initially expected to. She seems to have a great understanding of the Northern Virginia area and always is quick to answer questions via phone or email.
We hope to work with Stacie in the future when our housing needs change. I strongly recommend connecting with Stacie and discussing what type of home options you are looking for. I'm sure she will lead you in the right direction!

We were absolutely thrilled working with Stacie. She took her time to explain all the pros and cons of every home we looked out. She was completely honest and gave her us professional opinion, which we truly appreciated.
She followed up with essential information about our home and helpful timelines of when we need to have things done by. She is very organized and on top of everything! We highly recommend her!!
