I truly cannot say enough good things about our experience with Stacy. We were relocating from New Jersey and had 3 days and two very differing idea of what we were looking for but Stacy somehow made the process a breeze. She went above and beyond when it came to finding us a variety of beautiful homes to see keeping us in the loop the entire time. I never imagined a move halfway across the country could be so stress free but thanks to Stacy it truly has been an enjoyable process from beginning to end. I can’t thank her enough for everything she’s done and most importantly for finding our family a forever home that we all love.

Stacy is a life-saver!! I met her while attending an open-house coordinated by another realtor. Things didn't go well with the other realtor and my husband were running out of time to find our new home. I contacted Stacy and told her about our situation. She immediately jumped into action and found 3 houses for us to view. Within less than 2 weeks, she helped us find our current home and eliminated our stress. She knew exactly what we were looking for and found it for us in record time. She negotiated with the property manager to ensure things were perfect upon our move-in date and she still keeps in touch with us to this day. She is personable, kind, a great listener and a true advocate for her clients. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for their new home in this area.

One day, we walked in an open house and Stacy was there. I can not explain why but somehow we felt that she would be the right fit for us and we were right! She has been very attentive to all our needs and we were amazed by how available she was during our home search! Stacy is very honnest, knowledgeable, professional and so sweet on top of that. Selling a house that held many fond memories of my late spouse and sons growing up, can be a very emotional experience. Stacy took the time to guide me through the precarious process of listing a house and what entails making it appealing to buyers. She gently suggested improvements to consider and ones that were not necessary. Stacy held several open houses which helped market the house to potential buyers. I always felt I could text or phone her when I had a question. Believe me, I had many. I never felt I was rushed or intruding on her time. Although I didn't know it when I hired her, I found out later that she had won several sales awards and was nominated as one of top agents in Austin. I can certainly see why. I plan on consulting her again in the near future on selling property in Elgin. I recommend her highly for any real estate transactions you may have the future.

Stacy was absolutely wonderful to work with and I cannot recommend her enough!! The first time my husband and I bought a house, it seemed like a never-ending process. We did not get much guidance on what we should have been on the lookout for when purchasing a home and we ended up jumping into something that presented a lot challenges (we don't regret it, but if we knew then what we know now....). Our experience with Stacy was a total 180! She was SO attentive, responsive, professional, and easy to work with. Something impressive was that during walk-throughs, she would not settle for any imperfections and taught us to advocate for ourselves when it came to things that were not just so. She was not shy about asking for minor repairs or touch-ups so that when we moved in everything was perfect! She knew our new area well and informed us about specifics of the community we were moving into which was so helpful. I will be recommending her to anyone I know moving to the area. Stacy was incredibly quick to get back to me about a rental listing. She was early to our showing and even though we had not planned looking at multiple properties, she was glad to keep house hunting with us. When we decided to move forward with a rental she had the documents sent over for us to sign and apply in less than 2 hours after us leaving the property. Hands down best experience!!! We were looking for a realtor/property manager for our 2 rental homes in the Austin area. I had planned to interview a handful of realtors and Stacy was the first one I spoke and ended up being the last. I was so mesmerized by our conversation because she checked all the boxes for me. She has since then made sure our property looked great, helped with repairs/maintenance and found highly qualified tenants for both properties. This took the stress off of my husband and I. Stacy is not only meticulous and thorough but very conscious of your needs as well. She has the best repair team under her belt and also shops around to get the best price. I’ve never met someone who is as dedicated as her in her job. She truly treats her clients as family and looks out for them! As a first time home buyer there were many things I didn’t know and Stacy was there to answer all questions.

Stacy Belmontes is an absolute professional and goes above and beyond in everything she does.

After wasting 5 uneventful weeks of my life with another realtor, I came to Stacy stressed out and almost panicking. She called me on a Saturday morning, set me up with an mls search over the phone based on my criteria, and by that evening had submitted an application for me.
