Stacy is a gem. I wanted to sell for a couple of years, but didn't know where to start getting rid of 50 years worth of my wife's and my things, most with many memories.
Stacy presented a plan that took care of everything, and included all the contacts for people and groups I needed for help.
The house sold very quickly for the asking price. I would recommend Stacy to anyone wanting to do a real estate transaction.

My husband and I selected Stacy because she was very enthusiastic about assisting us through the home selling process, and she was familiar with our neighborhood, Arden on the Severn, since she is a resident. It definitely paid off for us as we sold our home for the price we were hoping for after 2 days on the market: We were thrilled! We initially spoke with Stacy in the fall of 2022 to gather information about putting our home on the market. She provided us with market analysis data and spoke about the pros and cons of listing our home during a time of higher interest rates coupled with limited inventory. Stacy was able to cite market comparables and suggested a listing price for our home. It was quite obvious that Stacy’s knowledge extended far beyond houses and data, and it was very reassuring to know that we were represented by a resident expert.

Selling our home was fraught with emotions and Stacy was stellar in letting us make a decision
without feeling pressured. She answered all of our questions, and told us what to expect at every step. It seemed as if Stacy was available 24/7. Offers quickly came in and Stacy guided us as we deliberated and made the final decision.

Our decision to work with Stacy and the Coldwell Banker team was a great investment of our time and energy. It was a difficult task made easier with Stacy’s expertise and guidance.

Stacy had heard through her extensive grapevine that my home would soon be listed for sale, and knew a buyer who was interested. She actually rang my doorbell to tell me this while I was working under a car. I wasn’t real happy. Here was another person who said they “knew someone” who wanted to buy my house (there had been many). I was skeptical; I had already selected another agent. But it quickly became apparent she knew more about my house, my neighborhood, and waterfront property life in general than my unsigned agent, so I hired her a half hour later.

Stacy Henderson sold my house for full asking price in TWO DAYS!

It closed less than a month later.

This could not have been done without Stacy’s impressive knowledge, her ability to anticipate and overcome all potential problems, and her complete dedication to completing the sale to my utmost satisfaction. Well done Stacy.

I am having a difficult time finding the right adjective to use that defines how INCREDIBLE Stacy was. She went above and beyond all expectations. She was professional, courteous, and communication was always easy. Stacy was not only amazing to work with but was lovely to be around and to discuss any and all details with. With being out of state we could never have imagined how easy the process would have been and we have Stacy and her devotion us to thank for it all! She was at the house for all inspections and follow up repairs necessary due to our lack of ability to be there and she ensured everything was completed properly and thoroughly. Her knowledge of the real estate world is massive and she will steer you in the most successful direction possible when selling/buying property. I highly recommend her to ANYONE.

Stacy Henderson made our dreams come true. We wanted to move into a small town and get a small fixer upper and that is what we got. Her real estate knowledge is top of the class. We thought we knew the offer we wanted to make and she made a much lower one and guess what we got it!
She is always there for you...makes you feel like your the only client she has (and I knew she was working on some much much bigger deals than our little house)! She was available when ever we needed her! Go to Stacy for your next home purchase. If the house is in Maryland then I would use Stacy Henderson!
