We bought our home with Stacy during the COVID-19 pandemic. We had started looking at a few houses just before the lockdown and found our house a few days after quarantine started. The real estate industry had to reinvent itself and adjust practices to minimize everyone’s exposure. In this period of uncertainty, Stacy was accessible, available and adaptive as a resource to complete the home buying process.
She was team player who helped negotiate a compromise with the seller agent when both sides were ready to walking away from the table over an issue that came up during inspection. She was also a good sounding board and helped negotiate reasonable offers/counteroffers to represent our interests. She also was prompt with providing documentation on contingencies and amendments to our home buying transaction using secure, remote electronic signature applications. We had a very positive experience as first time Maryland home buyers with Stacy and would recommend her services.
