Me and my wife came from Japan (Military PCS move) and we're able to move into our new home within 2 weeks of check-in! I can’t say enough good things about Stacey. With every step of the way she was with us and went well beyond what she needed to do. She was upfront honest and made sure we got the right deal and made sure we didn’t over pay for our house. She was honest about every house we saw and about the pro’s and cons about each house and made sure each one was one that would fit our needs. She truly cared about us and not getting the next big sale. We are possibly looking to sell a house soon and we would never consider using anyone else. We did end up selling and ad usual she was amazing. Her advice on how to prepare the house was spot on. We followed it and got above our asking price. She is truly one of the greats!!!

I recently relocated to IL from CA, and worked with Stacy to purchase a house. I am a first-time home buyer and I looked at many houses (including multiple houses several times) before making my decision. Putting myself in her shoes, I was somewhat concerned that she wouldn’t want to work with me any longer given my indecisiveness, but I never got that feeling from Stacy and she was always willing to show me more houses (or the same house again). Stacy was great to work with given her history living in the area, and she was able to share information and helpful tips about various communities I was interested in living. She was also very helpful in identifying certain items in each house that a first-time buyer might overlook or not be aware of. We worked with Stacey in winter 2022 to buy our home as we were moving from TX to Illinois, and we couldn't have been more pleased! If we could rate Stacey 10 stars, we would!
She was awesome through the whole process. She is professional, extremely knowledgeable about the area and market, and a wonderful advocate for her clients. She was available, responsive, flexible, very patient, and levelheaded. On top of all of that, she really cares individually about her clients. In our relocation from DFW to Lake County, she spent several days driving us around the neighborhoods and different areas in Lake County

During our time together, my wife and I very impressed with her professionalism, friendly nature and willingness to share her extensive knowledge of the neighborhoods we visited. We were very picky when it came to finding our new home and it does not help being a picky buyer in this crazy market. It took us 3 months with numerous showings to find the one. Stacey worked hard and never gave up even when we almost did yet we never felt forced to make an offer during that period.

Finally, we truly believe that she went above and beyond anything we expected. Additionally, should you be using a relocation program, her knowledge in this area makes her a fantastic choice. Thanks again Stacey!

I was frustrated that I'd made multiple offers, significantly over asking price, without having one accepted. Stacy did data research and recommended I expand my search area. Once I did, the first offer I made was accepted. She was incredibly responsive, even when dealing with a family emergency which definitely went above and beyond in my book. First of let me warn ya’ll for my unprofessionalism.. but imma get real with ya’ll real quick.

I came here to Illinois from California.. with no connections, family or friends. My wife and I were stuck in a hotel for weeks waiting on houses and apartments.. going on every website and all of them were either booked already or the wait was more than 4 months. My friend who sent me a message and told me to contact Stacy and let me tell you everything went uphill from there. I called her I told her everything and in an hour she got us to look at 4 houses she a real G. She met up with us and everything, drove far places for us and we found a home right away on that day… 3 days later everything was finalized and we’ve never been happier.. we didn’t want to come to Chicago and in all honesty was very depressed about it… but Stacy helped us and changed our whole outlook on our stay here.. I highly recommend her.. buying renting selling everything!! No regrets.

Relo from OH to IL during COVID in a hot market, and Stacy came through with flying colors! She was very responsive to calls and texts, made short-notice virtual video tours, and had plenty of insights into location and market dynamics. When we were finally in person, she set up efficient home tour routes covering a large area and home types and was patient with our somewhat eccentric list of homes. I and my husband have tastes poles apart, there were things that were a must for me which were optional for my husband and vice versa. Thanks to Stacy we now are the proud owners of our dream house, which fits right in the middle of the Venn diagram of my and my husband's choices. She is patient, always reachable and this is true when I say this, that she has answers for every question(either she knows it or she knows people who will help). She always found a way to work around our schedule and helped us extended hours on weekends. With her, the entire buying process was very fair, easy and hassle-free. She was very transparent throughout the process and always nudged us in the right direction. She is very accommodating, helpful, knowledgeable and an amazing human being. She even was great support and help in getting us out of our rental agreement of the previous crumbling/unlivable house.  I have said this before and will say again, she is indeed a human compass, she just knows the directions always without the tech help.
