Stacy was a pleasure to work with! She was extremely helpful from the beginning. This was our first time buying a house and Stacy explained the process to us in great detail. She was so reliable though the whole process and answered all our questions in such a timely manner. I cant thank Stacy enough for a wonderful experience. My wife and I are in our dream house thanks to Stacy! I would recommend Stacy to all my friends and family. She was absolutely wonderful!

Stacy McFadden is truly exceptional to work with! Stacy has helped us sell 2 homes and purchase a home in the span of 2-3 years. We are by no means well versed in this area and it had been a long time since we purchased a home. Stacy’s patience, wealth of knowledge and her delivery of the information was easily understood and helped with any decision making we had to make. Buying and selling a home can be an emotional journey and having someone to set, manage and plan the process with us was such a life saver. The amount of effort and time Stacy put into helping us was much appreciated and not something you experience in your day to day life with other people you encounter. Whether it was a phone call late at night, early in the morning or while she was on vacation, Stacy was there to greet us and help in any way she could and make us feel comfortable. We can honestly say that as long as Stacy is a realtor, we will continue to work with her in the future!

We had the pleasure of working with Stacy for many years as landlords. She took on the task of finding great tenants for us and worked incredibly hard to find them. After 9 years, we had decided to sell our house and she happily took on that task as well. Stacy was referred to me by numerous people but wasn’t located in the area I was looking; however, she is the most personable Agent I know and was willing to work with us! During the entire process of buying our starter co-op, she was extremely responsive, dependable, and flexible with promptly scheduling home tours in such a fast paced and unpredictable market. She was nothing but honest about the homes we toured, the neighborhoods we visited, and the markets pros and cons. She was extremely knowledgeable about the entire process and made sure everything was on track and moving forward. If there was something we needed (an attorney, inspector, etc.) she made sure to provide us with recommendations but never forced us into selecting them. After we closed, Stacy continued to provide us with the correct resources we needed with filing taxes, STAR rebates, etc, and remains totally responsive! When I’m ready to buy and sell, I will definitely be using Stacy again! 15 out 10 recommend!

Stacy sold our house late this summer and there was no question about who was going to help us find our next home. We closed on the purchase last week and could not have done it with out her. Stacy answers every text or email immediately. She's professional and kind. It doesn't matter if your buying or selling, Stacy is the best in the business and will get the deal done for you!

Our agent ( Stacy Mcfadden) from the initial visit to our home has been very responsive and respectful of our needs and goals. She was able to work around these matters and achieved an amazing strategy with the end result of this house sale to a family we feel would appreciate what we had done materially and emotionally to made our home a loving family memory. Additionally, an introduction to our long time neighbors to a family they will be happy to associate with.
The process was very streamlined and in these uncertain times of many difficulties- she was not one of them. Ultimate care of sanitation, client traffic and advanced showings were detailed and acceptable from inception to closing.

Stacey was incredibly professional and accessible. She walked us through the complete process of buying our first home!! Literally from viewing to closing. She got us appointments as soon as we asked and she stayed on top of us when it was time for paperwork to go in. I could text/call her at any time and she would always answer!
