I started my career in real estate in 2006 in Jacksonville, AR with a one year old baby on my hip. He literally went everywhere with me. I can't imagine doing that now! Since the Little Rock Air Force Base was directly across the interstate from my office, me and my little man, had the privilege of working with many military families. In 2009, my husband was relocated to Austin, TX and I began working with a real estate investor/agent. I worked beside him for about a year helping with his personal purchases that he flipped and then sold as well as working with his clients servicing their real estate needs. We closed around 100 homes in that year. During this time, I was working on getting licensed in Texas and in 2010 went out on my own working with a broker in Round Rock, TX. With that company I helped clients in leasing, selling, and purchasing. In 2016, my family moved for the last time to St. Charles, MO. We have decided this is our final move and we are here to stay. We absolutely love the St. Louis area and all it has to offer!
Since moving to Missouri, I've had the honor of working with one of the top agents in the St. Charles County market for the last year and officially received my license to sell in the State of Missouri in early 2018. My little guy is now almost 14 years old! And while I'm no longer able to carry him around on my hip, he can still be found from time to time helping me in my real estate business.
I love what I do! It's so much more that a job to me. Being someone who's had to relocate several times, I understand the stress of moving. Buying and selling property is one of the largest investments people make. Having an advocate on your side to help with the transition is priceless! I enjoy using my experience from working in multiple markets to help my clients make well informed decisions and helping them to know the important questions to ask.
Stacy and her husband, Mike, live in St. Charles, MO. They have four children ranging from 13 to 22, and they have one fur baby named Marcus. They are very involved with their church and community. In their free time (and let's be honest, their busy time too!) they drink lots of coffee and enjoy spending time with their friends and family. Mike is an avid golfer and fantasy sports league guru. They can be spotted at random restaurants and coffee shops around town. If you see them, you should stop and say hi! They love to meet new people!
