Stan Bennett is co-owner of Southern Heritage Land Company Inc. Working with Charles Lathem, Stan shared the vision of creating a firm that specializes in the sale of farms, large acreage tracts, timber tracts, and commercial and subdivision development, while serving as steward of the land.
Since its inception, Southern Heritage Land Company Inc. has become known for expertise in recreational land tracts and other land for sale in Georgia. Stan understands that buying Georgia land for sale is an investment, and can help clients determine the optimal land for their investment needs and the best route for the long-term success of that land.
Stan is a licensed Realtor. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors, the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, and the Realtors Land Institute. He is also an active member of the Hall County Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club. Stan holds a real estate license in Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Alabama, and Tennessee. He is the 2009 Past President for the Georgia Chapter of the Realtors Land Institute, an organization whose members specialize in land sales across the nation.
Stan has always loved being outdoors. He enjoys hunting, fishing and flying, taking every opportunity to enjoy with the deepest respect what God has created. Stan attends Concord Baptist Church along with his wife, Judy. Stan is involved with Mission work in Kenya through CRM in Knoxville, TN.
Stan is a graduate from Georgia Southwestern College and received a Bachelor's of Science in education from Middle Georgia College. He also played baseball for Middle Georgia and was a member of Kappa Kappa, a chapter of Kappa Sigma Fraternity.
