Stan Converse

During his 22+ year entrepreneurial career, Stan has been involved in many aspects of real estate and construction including but not limited to management, finance, sales, marketing, and development. Stan has led or been a part of teams that have managed millions of square feet of commercial & residential investment properties, along with thousands of acres of land, and has collaborated with teams on private, state, and Federal projects. Additionally, he has actively been involved in hundreds of thousands of square feet of residential and commercial construction along with real estate projects and investments throughout the U.S. In the last 10 years. Stan founded three vertically integrated companies servicing (1) real estate investment + development, (2) property management and (3) construction.

Converse holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management from Western Carolina University and is nearing completion of a master’s degree in real estate finance and Construction Management from the University of Denver Daniels College of Business. He is license supervising real estate broker in the State of Montana. Converse is a CCIM candidate and is also a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) and the Urban Land Institute. He and his wife Catherine reside on a small farm and are the proud parents of four children ages eight, eleven, fourteen and fifteen.
