He has 27 years of real estate behind him, and he manages both the Stoughton office (beginning in 2004) and East Madison office (beginning in 2011). Recently, he served on the Board of Directors of the Realtors Association of South-Central Wisconsin (RASCW) for a 3-year term and as President for 2018. But his true love is helping people develop into successful agents. He tries to meet one-on-one regularly with agents to serve as a mentor/coach, or help them with individual transactions, planning for future business, or building self-esteem.
