Stan Pokora is a natural born business person with over 30 years of business experience. Stan is a graduate of the Bryant University where he earned a B.S in Business Administration and he earned his MBA at Sacred Heart University.
Since joining the Parkview Properties team in 2014, Stan has garnered a reputation of successfully guiding buyers, sellers and investors in both residential and commercial markets. Stan has also received his Seller Representative Specialist(SRS®) designation as well as his Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) designation from the National Association of Realtors to better serve his clients.
Stan is a local Realtor who has lived in Seymour, Beacon Falls, Cheshire and now Naugatuck. A father of four daughters who have either graduated or are still attending college. Stan is very familiar with the local school systems, businesses and the activity of the area.
An active member in his local community, Stan belongs to Lions Club International Naugatuck Chapter as its Treasurer and in his spare time he enjoys cooking, music, hiking, skiing and family events.
