With more than 25 years of hands-on experience in Southern Brunswick County real estate — including an extensive career selling new construction for some of the region's largest and most respected builders — I bring a depth of market knowledge that very few agents can match.

My new-home background spans working directly for many national and regional builders. I've walked every floor plan, negotiated builder contracts, and guided clients through every phase of the construction process — from lot selection and contract review to build-timeline management and final walkthrough. That builder-side experience means I know exactly what to look for, what to ask for, and what pitfalls to avoid. As a Buyer's Agent in new construction, I speak the builder's language — and I use it to protect your interests at every stage.
