I am a Broker Salesman with eXp Realty and I help people buy and sell homes across the Las Vegas valley. First-time buyers, families moving up or downsizing, luxury buyers and sellers, everyday sellers who want a straight answer about what their home is really worth, and investors building a portfolio. Everyone is welcome, and most of my business comes from referrals and from clients I have sold for before.
Luxury is a real part of what I do. I have sold estates in MacDonald Highlands, Summerlin and Henderson's guard-gated communities, from golf-course homes to modern properties with Strip and mountain views, and I market them properly: professional photography, video, and a pricing strategy built on what comparable estates actually closed at rather than what somebody hoped for.
I have been doing this for more than twenty-two years and have closed almost 1,600 homes in that time. Around a thousand of those were for banks, asset managers, corporate relocation departments and investment funds: bank-owned and REO property, corporate-owned inventory, investor portfolios, estates and trusts. I mention it for one reason. Those clients audit everything. They want an accurate valuation, a realistic timeline, condition and occupancy problems solved without drama, and reporting that arrives when it was promised.
Twenty-two years of being measured that way is what a family selling their home actually benefits from. You get a price based on evidence and the reasoning behind it, not a number designed to win your listing and get cut six weeks later. If you are buying, you get someone who has watched these neighbourhoods through two decades and several very different markets, and who will tell you plainly when a house is not worth what is being asked.
Most of my work is in Henderson, North Las Vegas, Aliante, Summerlin and Enterprise, at every price point from first homes to luxury estates.
Before real estate I spent years in logistics, including work with DreamWorks and the Shoah Foundation, where getting complicated things to the right place on schedule was the entire job. Same discipline, different product.
