Starbrina is an exceptional realtor. I was looking for a new place in downtown, midtown or Eastern Market Detroit. She helped me through the process. She was patience, focused and flexible. Starbrina provided a high level a professionalism not only with me but with all the building staff we interacted with. She was always available to answer my questions. And when I needed help with the leasing process, the whole staff at Berkshire Hathaway Home services - The Loft Warehouse held my hand so I was stress free.

Me and my wife was looking to get out of our apartment before our lease was up and expand with more personal space by purchasing our 1st home. We put things in motion and put it all in God's hands.

Star has been attentive, flexible with her time according to my schedule, and quick and ready to get things moving. She has been able to gather paperwork that I requested in a very timely fashion and has responded promptly to any questions and concerns.
It's nice working with someone with a positive and upbeat attitude as well, and she is definitely someone I recommend you calling the first time for an Agent.

Buying and selling a hone can be very intimidating, especially during a pandemic. However, this professional, Starbrina Smith had all the answers and if she didn't, she knew where to go to get them.
The experience with Star was excellent, along with having experience with buying, she also made selling our first home a breeze. We placed out home on the market on a Friday, and by Wed we had several offers. Star took the time to take pictures of our home (professionally) and she showed my wife how to stage the home to be viewed. Thankfully we didn't have to stage the home too often. Considering we wanted to sell quickly due to the pandemic.
I would reccomend Star to anyone who wants a professional, knowledgeable, and accurate agent. If I could give her a 100 stars, I definitely would.

Starbrina helped us get our very 1st home. She was very thorough, understanding and commucates extremely well. She walked us through the whole process without missing a beat.
