Stas Matias started his passion for serving in 1997 when he enlisted in the US Army. In the military, Stas was the youngest Non-Commissioned Officer to graduate from the Primary Leadership Development Course at 20 years of age to become a sergeant and Soldier of the Year.

As a Real Estate Broker Stas has earned endorsements by nationally recognized real estate experts/advisors/coaches and professionals. Stas works hard to maintain strong community relationships and is a member of the Charlotte County Commissioners CRA Advisory Committee, the Economic Development Partnership of Charlotte County, as well as on several state and local committees.

05/26/2015 - Lapuglise Bought a home in 2015. Stas not only helped me buy this home (a condo) but also helped me sell my other home. He was always available to answer any questions I had and I feel he negotiated a fair price for both homes. As a new widow, I was concerned about making such a big purchase but he helped me with every step along the way and made it a very positive experience. I would certainly do business with him again and highly recommend him to others

03/24/2016 - kstarkrafts Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $200K in Punta Gorda, FL. We were so impressed with this young man! He was just the type of realtor that we were looking for. He is very knowledgeable with the market, & he spends time with you finding out what your needs are so that you are not spending your time looking at the wrong places...(just so he can make a sale. ) We loved that he is not pushy yet he is on top of things. Great company fit too. Not the typical RE company that we have experienced in the past.
