Stefanie Lane

I began my real estate career in 2007 doing short term vacation rentals in Hilton Head Island, SC. From there I moved home to Columbia, SC where I began a long journey into property management. In 2015 I became a REALTOR, a member of the Central Carolinas Association of REALTORS and National Association of REALTORS.

I am a Forest Acres native and have called that area home for many years. I consider myself an area expert and I'm passionate about listing and selling homes in this highly desirable, family friendly neighborhood!

I work very effectively with military families as I understand and can relate to the relocation challenges, needs and timetables. With my personal experiences and knowledge I am able to make the transfer less stressful whether it be related to buying or selling your home.
