Stefany Perez is a Realtor Associate® specializing in residential real estate, working with both buyers and sellers. Stefany has a keen interest in interior design and doing DIY projects. She is also a paralegal at a non-profit organization that helps low-income individuals.

Stefany has lived in New Jersey her whole life, being raised in Hudson County and West New York, she has a deep knowledge of the surrounding areas. Stefany is a member of Hudson County MLS, GSMLS, NJMLS and she is also fluent in Spanish.
