I have previously posted my experience with Stefen during the sale of my home in Atlanta. After that, Stefen still followed up with me to see if there was anything else with which he could assist me. I accepted his offer and called him for advice on making an offer on a home that we desired in a very highly competitive market. Stefen was not only willing, but eager to assist. From day 1, Stefen and his entire team were magnificent in the service they provided to us. We would like personally thank Stefen, Gracie and Jamal. From the first day we met Stefen, he walked through our home and gave us great advice. When we were leaving our home, we observed Jamal posting open house flyers throughout the community and did it with a flair. Even with different unexpected incidents, Gracie continued to do her job and made the sale process less stressful as possible. I have had experience with a few agents in my real estate career. Stefen Ash is by far the best agent I have dealt with.
I like to base people off of how I am treated. Stefen treated me so professional every time we interacted. The first time we met, I was far from professional and I typically do that outside of working hours Haha. The point I want to make is, he never switched his approach based off of my “comfortable” image.

Whenever I sent him a houses he would submit an offer right a way. There was a time I called him and he was driving. He pulled over to prepare the offer and emailed me for review/signature.
