I am sure that I cannot say enough good things about Stela, because even after that she would deserve more. Throughout the whole process, which started in March, Stela was professional, knowledgeable and the most important available when I needed her. Every time when I had a question, she was just a text message away and ready to answer. This was my first time buying a property and I honestly had no clue what to expect and how to approach everything, Stela called me right after I contacted her, explained everything, that first conversation was an hour long and even if I had any doubts before after that everything seemed easy. My overall experience buying a first home was amazing but only thanks to Stela. She was ready to give me recommendation for an attorney, for a house inspector, radon inspector, she saved me so much time that I would have spent just looking for everything I needed at that moment. Even today, when the process is over and all the bills and services have to be set up, she didn’t hesitate for a minute to remind me what are next couple important steps, she gave me some awesome recommendations for kitchen, floors and bathrooms remodeling companies.
