About Steph

I grew up in Hays, Kansas and moved to the Kansas City Area in 1998. I have lived here for almost 22 years and love it. I have made Olathe, Kansas my home for the last 22 years. I have been a Real Estate Consultant for the last 5 years and absolutely love my job. I've always been told, find what you are meant to do and you'll never work another day in your life. I truly enjoy helping people and getting to know them. I have a very big heart and my clients are not just clients. They are an extended part of my family.

I am licensed in Kansas and Missouri, so I can help clients on both sides of the state line. With my clients being extended family. I am a very hard worker and want to make sure I find my client the perfect home. I will even door knock in neighborhoods for their preferred area to find them their next home.

Communication is always key in helping my clients get the home or offer that they are desiring. And every transaction is different and if I don't know the answer I will find it. I always ask my colleagues lots of question and keep communication going, so we can work smoothly through the transaction. I negotiate by sticking up for my clients and doing what's in their best interest, while still being very respectful to my colleages. I also make sure my clients have all the latest tools and information available for them to use.
