Stephan was very helpful to us from day one. We had one idea in mind when we first started looking, but with his knowledge of the area and the prices of the homes, we were able to find something that fulfilled all of our wants and desires for our home. He is friendly and willing to take you around to the homes in many different areas, to find just the right one for you. His personality is not to laid back, but he is not overly aggressive, so you don't feel pushed into anything. He hears what you say! He bought us a lovely housewarming gift from a local shop that sells natural products because he heard me speaking about my interest in those areas. So now I have some vinegar and oil to make salad and salt, a custom gift from him.

Unlike many families, we had to sale our house to buy in our desired area. Thankfully Stephan agreed to sell and find us our dream house, especially being 70 miles away. Stephan was relentless and dedicated several hours to get it done right. Providing valuable recommendations to improve our house for an immediate sale. We had a great time looking at several properties, Stephan seemed to be available every time we asked to view a property. In short, we were able to sell at asking price and bought our dream home at the best price possible. Stephan was able to ease this stressful experience by being available to answer all of our questions, and his extensive local real estate knowledge in Yuba County

About a year and a half ago, I responded to a mailer that Stephan had sent to me regarding interest in possibly selling my house. We discussed the possibilities and he event conducted a tour of the house with the current tenants and got back to me with his thoughts on what we could get if we put the house on the market now or in the near future. My wife and I decided not to list the house at that time. Since we live a thousand miles away, we really appreciated the time, effort and insight that Stephan provided to us. A little over a year later, the tenants were moving out and we turned to Stephen to market and sell the property. He advised some needed repairs and helped find contractors to perform them. With his guidance, we determined a fair price and within a month were under contract. He kept in touch all the way through and made the process easy and painless. At some point in the future, we will again buy a house in Lake Wildwood. Our first call will be to Stephan
