Stephan Burke

Stephan Burke is a well-known industry veteran with 27 years of experience in South Florida real estate. A top sales producer at the recently sold-out new development Ritz Carlton Miami Beach residences, he produced over 70 million in Sales in 2021. He speaks fluent French, conversational Spanish, and Lingala (Congo). In 2017, Stephan and his business partner made history with the first Bitcoin wallet-to-wallet residential real estate transaction in the USA. In 2018, he broke the record for the sale of a single-family home for $19,750,000 in Coconut Grove. Throughout his career, Stephan has garnered recognition from the “Who’s Who of Residential Real Estate” and is also a member of the prestigious Master Brokers Forum (MBF), an elite group of South Florida’s top residential real estate brokers. He has won the Better Beach Real Estate Awards’ “Most Innovative Method of Marketing” by the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce. An industry thought leader, Stephan has written articles for the Miami Herald and Featured in The Real Deal, South Florida Sun-Sentinel, Vice, Curb, and the Miami Agent. Stephan grew up among vineyards in Bordeaux, France. He also lived in the Congo before moving to Miami in his teenage years. After College, he modeled professionally and was involved in the Emmy Award-winning “Miami Vice” television series as a stand-in actor. To maintain and strengthen relationships with clients in New York City, Rome, Monaco, Paris, London, and Los Angeles, he often flies to his clients’ city of preference in order to earn their business, while they benefit from Stephan’s local expertise in the real estate market.
