Steph grew up in the Des Moines area where her love for real estate began when she worked for a local home builder at the start of her career. Steph had held different roles throughout the years, but her interest has always been geared towards real estate.

In Steph’s free time she enjoys spending time with her family (Sean & Kayla), friends and playing sports. Steph spends a lot of time on the tennis courts in addition to playing golf and volleyball. She has a huge love for animals as well and love supporting adoption of them!
