Starting with an initial preview of your property, I can offer guidance on improvements and/or repairs that may be in your best interest for maximizing your net proceeds upon closing or perhaps managing the time on market to fit your needs. The second phase is to prepare and present a comprehensive market analysis and marketing plan so that you can be well informed of the pricing trends for properties like yours. This also includes a complete marketing plan outlining the steps I will take to get your property sold at terms you are happy with. The third step is to finalize the paperwork and then I go to work marketing your property to buyers and real estate professionals in THREE multiple listing service areas! Once we have a contract in place, it is my job to be sure we get to the closing table with as few hiccups as possible.
For buyers, I provide a one-on-one buyer counselling session. This time allows you to ask questions about any part of the buying process from financing, to down payments, to inspections, to getting the keys and hundreds of other things in between. From there, we begin your home search and tours! I can help narrow down the search to homes that most closely fit your wish list. I schedule your showing appointments and accompany you at each home offering information and insight. Each buyer is unique and I pride myself in helping you find just the right home for you. Once you have found the "perfect" home, it is my job to make sure you get it under contract and to closing! As an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), I will provide you with top of the line buyer client services from start to close!
