Truly one of the most exceptional agents I've worked with. Attentive, knowledgeable of trends and appropriate pricing, excellent resources for inspections and mortgages, and an attention to detail to make sure you're seeing homes that interest you and that people that are seeing your home are actually interested and not just going through the motions. I ended up making a move to a less expensive home in a better area with more land and square footage. I had budgeted to add money for the move, but after all expenses I pocketed money. Amazing.

I can wholeheartedly say Stephanie is an absolute treasure! Stephanie helped our family sell our Milford home as well as purchase our forever home in Killingworth. My husband and I knew we were entering the market for a new home during a highly competitive time and wanted a realtor with extensive knowledge and experience who could meet those challenges and help navigate the process. Stephanie did all those things and more. Firstly, she's just a lovely, great lady! She is highly professional, has impeccable integrity and an amazing work ethic. If you are going to buy or sell a house, Stephanie is the realtor you want to use. Her knowledge of the industry and process is invaluable as is her attention to detail. She is very hands on and walks you through the whole process. TV shows make it look so simple, but the reality is that there are a ton of moving parts and you need a realtor who has the expertise to help you navigate through it. Her assistant Michelle is also amazing. She is quick to respond to emails/texts and you can tell that they have been working together for years. I am glad I did my research and chose the right realtor because it made all the difference.

I can’t say enough about the incredibly positive experience that we just had with Stephanie Ellison and her team at Ellison Homes!

Having built and owned our North Milford home since 1995, it was clear that after making the decision to sell that the only person we would consider to be our Realtor would be Stephanie Ellison. Raising a family now grown and choosing to downsize was a life altering decision for us and through that experience we could not have asked for a better person to spearhead the process. Armed with her valuable expertise of an ever changing market, the process included everything from the initial assessment, guiding us through the changes/updates that our home would benefit from, hiring a photographer who produced the most absolutely beautiful exterior/interior photographs, pricing the property to receive the most traction and quick sell all of which culminated with an outstanding staging job…truly outstanding! We could not have asked for a more consummate professional.

With excellent communication skills and exceptional responsiveness Stephanie is willing to do whatever it takes. This was exemplified yet once again when at the very last minute on the day of close, the newly installed motionsense touchless kitchen faucet stopped working. Jumping into action Stephanie herself went to the store to purchase the replacement all the while making calls to ensure a seamless installation would take place. With a self assuredness borne out of years of experience, Stephanie's confidence emanates through everything she does. I am writing this letter of recognition of Real Estate Agent Stephanie Ellison and the highly, professional, enthusiastic, efficient service she recently provided me in the sale of my home in Milford.

In the past, she assisted me to sell a property in Hamden and with the purchase of my first home in Milford. So, when I was ready to sell my house, I thought of no one but Stephanie. I have worked with other agents on real estate transactions over the years and can say with confidence that Stephanie is the best agent I have ever used.

Stephanie has the qualities that make her an extremely successful and effective broker. I can’t say enough about her professionalism and knowledge within the industry. She has high integrity and is very conscientious and tenacious, always keeping the clients’ best interests in mind. One of the qualities I respected the most was her no- nonsense style. She gets to the point quickly yet professionally, always respecting the client’s time. She does a great job of listening to her client’s needs and does not waste time showing properties which do not meet the client’s objectives. She does research to assist with assessing a fair market value of the property for the offer and then negotiates effectively with the opposing agent on behalf of the client. She is extremely responsive to questions, often responding immediately to phone calls and emails. Stephanie shows great attention to the details enabling the transaction to get done. I have the highest level of confidence in her. My transaction went very smoothly and we closed on time.

As mentioned above, she represented me on the sales and purchase side in the past. I would not hesitate to use her as my listing agent if I were selling another property or to consult her if I were buying. She is very smart and transactions can sometime become very complex.
