Stephanie. You were there every step of the way, went the extra mile to make one of the happiest days of my life possible. Purchasing my new home when after a divorce and some financial hurdles I thought it impossible. Again you made it possible. You checked in to make sure things were going well in the new home…I say HOME…not just a house. Unfortunately six months after such a high of accomplishing that I lost my son suddenly. It’s been almost a year since that horrible evening and you still remain faithful in checking on me; offering words, a shoulder, sympathy and compassion and anything I might need to continue to survive such a devasting, life changing, heart wrenching, thing. You have been a support person for me through things others that you would think would be, were not. I can never thank you enough for all you have done and continue to do for me. Stephanie helped us sell our Condo recently and we would like to recommend her to everyone. She is amazingly responsive, any questions anything needed to get stuff for your condo done she is there for you. She responds to texts, emails on days, nights or weekends always in a timely manner. She worked under some difficult situations but persisted until the condo was sold. Tenants in the condo, no problem she worked around their schedule. Empty condo? She was willing to stage it. Inspection create issues? She helped find the right professional to fix the issue in timely manner. She worked with condo management to help speed up processes and keep lines of communication open. She is a thorough professional and a great agent. We wish her the best.

Stephanie is a wonderful agent and she came to us at a time when we needed her the most. We were not have as great an experience with our previous agent and was looking to make a change. She came in and took over with a bubbly attitude and smile and made us feel like instant family. We were comfortable with her and she with us and we made our move happen. Any hiccups we encountered along the way she was upfront with us about them and gave us options and helped us along the way. I have already recommended her to others and would again and when it is time to do this again I will look to her first.

Stephanie was amazing. It took us 2 years to prep for our sale due to life happenings. She was so patient, knowledgeable, responsive and she worked hard to get us where we needed be. It was a pleasure having her and her team represent us. The photos and advertising were fabulous as well and it showcased our home perfectly. We sold our home in less than 48 hours!
