The level of professionalism is beyond five stars if there was 10 stars I would give them 10 stars.

Answered any and all questions I had with patience and understanding which I greatly appreciate it the follow up and getting back to me in a timely manner was incredible.

And the follow up was greatly appreciated ..Kind of reminded me of doctors when they used to do house calls when I was younger.

The Team at EXP definitely connected with me and made me feel as I was the only client she had.

Highly recommend to anyone out there looking to buy a home whether now or in the future or even if it’s just a matter of you needing any questions answered you may have in buying a home and what’s best for you.

Stephanie has been our realtor on two different occasions. In 2010 we purchased our first home. With her upgrade recommendations we was able to add value to our first home and resale after 6 years. We placed that home on the market for over $55,000 more than we paid. While selling our 1st home we were in the process of buying a new home. Stephanie made the process seamless and gave us tips and pointers so that we would benefit greatly during the purchase of our 2nd home. We was able to get the seller to build us a 2 car detached garage even though the house came with a 2 car attached garage. Stephanie is not only an outstanding realtor she is also a fellow military veteran and an awesome friend.

Working with Stephanie and her partner Kimberly was an amazing experience. This was my wife and I's first home we have bought and were quite nervous going into it. Stephanie and her partner listened to our concerns and facilitated them throughout the journey. All hours of the day and night if there was a question I knew I could find an answer through the team. Buying in such a volatile market such as the pandemic was stressful enough, especially with the difficulty of finding a home that would stay on the market long enough to offer a purchase, but this was relieved by Stephanie. I would recommend anyone with purchasing a home through her, she was knowledgeable and passionate with helping us through the process. I have no complaints throughout the entire process.
