Stephanie Hunter loves to share her passion of real estate with everyone she knows! Specializing in selling residential and commercial properties, investment properties, land, new construction, and relocation in the Louisville and surrounding areas all over Kentucky, she can do it all! She has a heart for helping and serving others find the perfect property to fit their needs. As a native of Nelson County, Bardstown area, Stephanie grew up on a farm and from a very early age loved to watched her Dad and Uncle buy, sell and trade farms, land and other real estate. She knew she wanted to do this at some point in her life. After graduating from Western Kentucky University, Stephanie pursued a career in retail management for over 25 years. Hiring, training, managing, scheduling, counseling, merchandising and above all, customer service extraordinaire, were a few of the hats she has worn. She then had a great opportunity to pursue something more, and decided it was time to retire from retail and start a new career in real estate. Her only regret is that she didn’t do it sooner!

Success in this business takes hard work and Stephanie has had the honor of earning several personal awards throughout her career. She is a member of Greater Louisville Association of Realtors, Kentucky Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Christian Business and Professional Women, Women’s Council of Realtors, and Girl Scouts of Kentuckiana. She has also earned her ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), CRS (Certified Real Estate Specialist) and GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designations. Being a REALTOR is about more than joining professional associations.
Stephanie believes that REALTORS should be involved in their community as well. She has served her community in many capacities from Forgotten Louisville, Dare to Care Food Bank, Frazier Rehab Center, Catholic Charities Refugees, and Lifebridge ministries. She and EXIT Realty Corp. also support Habitat for Humanity and to date have donated over $6 million to the charity and built over 30 homes.
