I was lucky enough to come across Stephanie as a realtor. She rapidly accommodated our needs, including scheduling multiple listings on several days, and spacing them perfectly so as to not waste anyone’s time. She LISTENED to what we wanted, and wasn’t house shopping her tastes. We appreciated that she didn’t sugar-coat things - if a house had problems, she would agree and would offer realistic fixes/workarounds, or just say “this one isn’t for you.” She was low pressure and hard working. In short, she was a perfect realtor. My wife and I give her our highest rating.

Stephanie Lancer has shown the real estate knowledge and expertise to efficiently handle the buying and or selling of the customers property. She displays the proper disposition to assure the customer their needs are in good hands. If a situation does develop Stephanie will tackle the problem head on to produce the proper results.
First hand I have seen her demonstrate the professionalism and communication skills a customer would want in a Real Estate agent. She will utilize the latest computer technology as required to expedite the whole process through successful closing.

Stephanie did a fantastic job helping me find my rental. I was relocating to the area and she took me by the hand and shared a wealth of knowledge about the area. She made the process easy even with it being long distance and conducting all business over the phone. Great Realtor!!!
