Hi, My name is Lidia Prado and I was one of the so many fortunate clients of Mrs. Leon. I was recommended by a friend to work with her in finding a home. I say I was and am fortunate because the minute I met with Mrs. Leon she knew exactly what I was looking for and what I needed and could afford. I was on a deadline because I had won a housing grant that expired o within a certain time frame and Stephanie came through. In negotiations she was fierce, ferocious in fighting for me and my asking price. As I was ready to close she made sure the seller had followed all of the necessary recommendations of the inspections and did not close until everything was in its place and ready for me to move in. I absolutely recommend Stephanie to all of my associates and friends. I have heard disaster stories about realtor and the process of finding and closing on a house to be horrible. However, that is not and is was not my experience with Mrs. Stephanie Leon. She is the consumate professional very knowledgeable, capable,willing and wonderful. If anyone needs a realtor, someone that is looking out for your interest and always available for the client, this lady is on a class by herself. She is magnificient!!!! Without any hesitation and with my eyes closed I will recommend Mrs. Stephanie Leon to anyone that is moving to South Florida, trying to find and investment second home or property.
