I’ve always been intimidated by the whole home buying process with looking for houses, driving to see houses, the paperwork, the mortgage lingos, etc. However, with Stephanie’s assistance the whole process was such a breeze with minimum effort on my end. Stephanie took her time talking to me about my needs and walking me through all the pros and cons of my ideas for a home. This saved a significant amount of my time from pursuing and viewing unfit homes. She made herself available to answer any questions that I had and is very effective in her communication. She even recommended reliable contractors to work on the house.

Stephanie is an all rounded real estate agent that we all need and I would not hesitate recommending her to anyone I know.

My husband and I sold two townhomes and purchased 1 single family home with Stephanie, an excellent Fairfax area realtor! She made the process as easy as she could - she worked hard to market the homes we were selling, including advertising online (we got over 100K views!) and hosting open houses (one was a taco bar, one had a food truck - each brought in a lot of people). With all the effort put in to marketing, both houses were under contract within 3 days of going on the market. I also have to mention the huge help she gave in getting the homes ready for selling - she used her contacts to get us great deals on the work that needed to be done (re-doing bathrooms, new countertops in kitchen, painting), and she coordinated everything. We didn't have to do much at all other than pay the bill and hand over the key to the house. We truly appreciated the job Stephanie did and recommend her to anyone buying or selling!

Stephanie Lin was referred to us by my sister. She previously worked with my family to purchase two homes in 2020, so it was a no-brainer that we wanted to work with her.

Our journey to home buying did not start with the path of home buying. When we started working together - we told her we wanted to rent a home. She spent months helping us find a rental home. We eventually realized that we didn't want to rent and wanted to purchase a home instead. After months of helping us find a rental home, I'd thought she'd throw in the towel, but instead, she was excited and pumped to help us purchase a home!

She was very meticulous in taking us through the steps. She knew what she was doing and was amazingly prompt to answer all questions! She showed us several houses and worked with us to make sure it was the right one for us. When I wasn't sure about a house, she asked realistic and honest probing questions - which I appreciated because it helped me really think if the house was a good fit to be a home. We kept searching and finally, we found an amazing home! She knew everything that needed to be done to get us to close on the house.

We are so grateful for everything Stephanie has done for us throughout this journey. The idea of making such a huge decision was scary enough - I'm glad she was there to ease us through it. Her energy was so positive and her personality was so personable! We would definitely recommend her to anyone!

I can't imagine someone doing a better job than what Stephanie did as my realtor. She was tasked with finding me a tenant to rent my house. She was quick to respond, giving great advice and managing my expectation of the whole process. Then she proceeded to exceed those expectations by getting a listing with high quality photos, finding quality applicants, negotiating a better deal than my asking all in record time. Where do I begin?! Stephanie is a phenomenal agent. She's extremely responsive, genuine, and professional. I listed my home with her and it was the easiest real estate transaction in my life. Though we missed the insane COVID market by just a hair, she was still able to get me a reasonable offer with minimal contingencies. When it comes to marketing, she is relentless. She created a website, multiple fliers and brochures, hosted open houses and giveaways to attract buyers, and ran facebook ads. There are other similar homes that are still sitting on the market, so I have no doubt her marketing strategy was effective. I was out of town during a portion of the under contract phase, and she took care of everything without needing my involvement. When the buyers had unreasonable requests, she was able to skillfully maneuver a response to garner a solution that I could agree to. She is a realtor that truly cares for her clients and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home!

Stephanie is a superstar! With her expertise and guidance, the selling of our apartment was simple and stress-free from start to finish. Her dedicated efforts ensured that we got the best possible result in the shortest possible time.

She excelled in every respect:
- She was intimately familiar with the area and she displayed an in-depth understanding of market conditions.
- She instilled confidence in us right away with her calm and competent manner, her excellent listening skills and straightforward answers, and her candid assessments and suggestions.
- She wrote up a compelling and detailed property description for the listing, and her brochures were very attractive and effective.
- She was responsive at all times and proactive in her messaging. We felt like we had her undivided attention.
- She did an awesome job handling contingency negotiations, and her savvy advice on when to accept an offer was spot on.
- She continuously acted in our best interests. Even after we'd indicated that we were ready to accept the offer, she was still able to successfully negotiate an increase in the selling price.

One more compliment for Stephanie, and it's perhaps the biggest one:
Many people perform well when things go smoothly, but it's adversity that reveals a person's true character. Due to neglect on my part, Stephanie sustained a severe toe injury while we doing staging of the apartment. Despite the obvious discomfort, she continued to arrange, clean and polish until everything was ready. A couple of days later, she spent several hours on her feet conducting a successful open house. We were truly impressed by her toughness, dedication and professionalism.

Stephanie displayed genuine interest in wanting to understand my needs and my why. We had an honest conversation in which she helped me to realize that selling my home was not the best route for me to take at this time and suggested that I rent out my home instead. She continued to be helpful even afterwards when I reached out for advice with the rental process and never once did her interest in helping diminish. As first time home buyers, Stephanie helped us navigate through the home buying process in a really competitive market. She was very patient and knowledgeable while answering all of our questions. She was able to translate all the home buying docs to plain English for us from the addendums to loan documents, which made our lives a lot easier.
