Stephanie Manke

After moving to Wilmington in 1998 achieving a Marine Biology Degree and a Minor in Chemistry from UNCW, Stephanie purchased her first home and realized she had a passion for Real Estate. The next year, she bought her first investment property! With little knowledge of the real estate market and how the Real Estate world "really works", she decided to get educated. Once she passed her Real Estate exam, Stephanie still had no idea how the Real Estate world really worked! A top ranking national real estate company recruited her right out of class and sent her direct into sales training. Buying and selling her own properties allowed her to put herself in the shoes of her clients. The process can be very emotionally involved for many people. Stephanie always keeps that in mind when she is helping her clients navigate the process. One of the best parts about this business is that you'll never have the same day twice.
