Ronnie’s 33 years in commercial banking includes executive level positions with significant Georgia-based firms. He specialized in all aspects of real estate lending, with a focus on development and construction, and more recently was Director of Special Assets managing bank-owned properties.
Stephanie has 20 years of real estate experience, including 10 years at the helm of her own real estate firm – Peachtree Brokers Residential Commercial Development Inc. She owned a development and construction company, specializing in the acquisition and development of residential subdivisions. Her numerous credentials include the At Home with Diversity (AHWD), Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource (SFR), Residential Construction Certified (RCC), Certified New Homes Specialist (CHNS), and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designations.
When not focused on real estate, this dynamic real estate team enjoys walking and treasure hunting along the Gulf beaches, as well as making the most of the active Venice lifestyle through golfing and yoga.
