Here’s a little about me, I hope I get to know you better as we commingle and work together in this amazing community. I’m originally from Roswell, GA and moved to Athens to attend UGA. I graduated with a degree in Economics from Terry, College of Business (Go Dawgs!) and started working for my Landlord. I’ve been in the real estate industry for over 10 years now! I started in property management & maintenance and transitioned to lead our leasing department of over 700+ rental properties! Over the first few years, I often got my hands dirty and learned a lot about the ins and outs of maintaining and restoring properties in the niche Athens investment market. After mastering the leasing world, I wanted to expand my skills and knowledge so I decided to get my sales license.
My first years in sales, I helped clients buy and sell over 300 properties of all shapes and sizes: Residential, Commercial, Land... Single-family, Multi-family, Condos, Agricultural Land, Commercial Leasing & Development, Luxury Homes... I worked closely within my expanding network of investors and began finding distressed properties to restore. A lot of my favorite projects were ‘value-add’ projects; assessing property and determining the highest & best use and developing them while staying intact with the surrounding area & the future use of the area.
Those projects inspired and ignited my creative and investigative skills to expand and grow my knowledge again, this time in the home remodeling and restoration business. Alongside helping clients buy and sell real estate, I have partnered with P&G Restorations, a local licensed and insured general contractor, to help provide home remodeling and restoration services. I will act as your construction concierge, assisting in all aspects of your projects from start to finish.
