In a bullish market, finding someone that watches out for your interest is key. There is a clear shortage on available property, which often causes despair for an agent and leads them to be pushy just to seal a deal. Stephanie and her team were not only patient in finding us the right place, they also navigated the complex sale of our existing home all while closing almost on the same day for the new condo.
