Stephanie Phillips

I was born and raised in Washington State, earned a business degree from the University of San Diego and was a licensed real estate agent in the state of California. I worked for one of the largest brokers in Southern California as a Relocation Specialist, connecting people with agents all across the United States. I have lived in 5 different states and have personally gone through 5 corporate relocations. Texas has been home since 2005. I have lived in League City, Beaumont, Dallas and now reside in The Woodlands. I love to travel and sailed around the world stopping at 11 different countries along the way. Spending time with my husband, three children and our Great Pyrenees rescue pup keeps me happy. I also am a runner and enjoy doing trail runs and training for half marathons. My clients describe me as down to earth, compassionate and hard working.
