Stephanie Pratt

As a lifelong resident of Marin County, Stephanie offers local expertise and knowledge about all neighborhoods and communities throughout Marin County to her clients. Stephanie currently resides in Sausalito for the last 20 years, where she and her husband Bruce, an entrepreneur, and former CEO of Mortgage Management Systems in San Francisco, have completely remodeled their forever home and are raising their two children, Boston and Skylar. Stephanie stays connected to the community by previously volunteering on the Sausalito Marin City Little League (SMCLL) for 3 years, coaching her son’s soccer team for many years in the past, donating to the former charter school Willow Creek Academy and being a member of the Sausalito Cruising Club. Bruce and Stephanie are also former local business co-owners of the historical luxury boutique hotel, the Gables Inn-downtown Sausalito and are very involved and well connected in this special bayside neighborhood. Stephanie joined Golden Gate Sotheby’s International Realty from First Marin Realty where she began her career in 1997 and was always a consistent top producer. Stephanie is a graduate of SFSU with a BA degree in Business and an emphasis on Marketing. In addition to being a full-time agent, Stephanie also worked as the Marketing Director of First Marin Realty for 8 years. The work and experience obtained from this position has provided her firsthand proficiency in real estate marketing strategies.
