Stephanie Ross believes there's no place better than Atlantic Beach and her hometown of Goldsboro. Long enjoying life between the two, with family and friends, Stephanie now lives permanently in Morehead City with her youngest son and couldn’t be happier.

As an East Carolina University graduate, Stephanie has a degree and extensive background in construction management. While working in her family-owned commercial contracting firm, Stephanie was heavily involved in downtown redevelopment and discovered a strong passion for residential and historic renovation that appeals to her creative side. Over the years Stephanie's purchased numerous properties as either personal homes or rental properties, renovating each of them in various capacities. Stephanie sees potential in every property.
