Stephanie was AMAZING! I had reached out to her because my Buyer was interested in a home she had listed in the PHX area. He was relocating from the Denver area. I sent her an email and next thing I knew she was calling me. Even though my buyer did not see the house she had listed he signed a listing agreement with her and she found him the perfect home (in a VERY competitive market) and paid me a referral fee. She is knowledgeable, responsive and so friendly. Highly recommend if you are looking to buy in the PHX area.
