About Stephanie

I started selling real estate in 2000, immediately after graduating from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture & a Minor in Business. I grew up in east Texas & I loved Nacogdoches, so I decided to stay in the area to work and start a family.
After college, I married my high school sweetheart, Steven Gutermuth. He serves as a captain of the Nacogdoches Fire Department. We bought land & built a 16 house broiler farm & raised cattle. A few years later, we welcomed our 1st child. We have been blessed with two more since. God has been good to us!
I consider selling real estate a privilege. It takes a lot of trust for someone to call a Realtor®, regardless of whether buying or selling. There are tons of real estate professionals to choose from, and I'm always honored when I get the call. 80% of my business comes from repeat clients & referrals from previous clients to their family and friends. I'm happy to be a part of this business & I love most of the people in it.
